  3. Approve & Submit Payment

    Once you approve the quote, we’ll send an invoice. A deposit may be required before work begins.

  4. Scanning & Preservation

    Your materials are handled with care, scanned professionally, and organized according to your preferences.

  5. Digital Delivery & Return

    You'll receive your digital files securely, and your original materials will be returned promptly.
