File Handling & Storage

Digital files created during your project are delivered via private Google Drive folders accessible only to the client.

Completed project files are temporarily stored for 14-30 days after delivery to allow clients time to download their materials.

After this period, files are permanently deleted unless you requested extended storage.

Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their files once delivery is complete.

Original Materials

All physical materials are handled with care and returned in the condition they were received unless otherwise discussed and approved in advance.

Data Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect your information and materials. However, no digital system can guarantee complete security.
