All Services are provided on a quote basis. Quotes are based on volume, size, condition, and requested services.
payment
Payment is required after quote approval and before work begins. For larger projects, a deposit may be required, with the remaining balance due before final delivery.
turnaround time
Turnaround times vary by project size and complexity. estimated timelines will be provided with your quote.
Handling & Care
All materials are handled with care and discretion. While every precaution is taken, Stewards of Yahweh is not responsible for pre-existing damage to items.
mail-in service policy
Clients choosing mail-in services are responsible for all shipping costs and return shipping costs. We recommend using tracked and insured shipping. Stewards of Yahweh is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage that occur during shipping.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Your documents and digital files are treated as confidential and are never shared or accessed outside of your project.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made before work begins may be eligible for a refund. Once scanning has started, refunds may not be available.
